It took me a while to find the right car, but once I did, everything was smooth sailing. Choosing the vehicle, getting financing, and setting up pickup were all simple and stress-free.
Overall, the buying experience was good. My only issue was that the truck was listed as a 4x4, but it turned out to be a 4x2. They said the price was still correct, but that’s definitely something that should’ve been listed accurately. Other than that, everything went well.
Buying my car from Auction Center was simple, painless, and actually kind of fun. They had a great selection, and I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process. The car arrived right on schedule, and even my neighbors were impressed. I’d recommend Auction Center to anyone who wants to skip the usual dealership hassle.
Buying through Auction Center was super easy. We found the vehicle we wanted, checked out the pictures and specs online, and decided to go for it. The car was delivered to our house on the exact date promised. The only minor issues were some dust inside and low pressure in the front-left tire. Besides that, it was a great experience.
The delivery process was pretty frustrating. A few days before the original delivery date, I was told the car would be delayed another week. After waiting that extra week, Auction Center called the morning of delivery and said the car wouldn’t start, so it was pushed back another five days. After two delays, the car finally arrived, but the inside was dirty. I opened a ticket during the seven-day return period and sent them pictures. To their credit, they responded quickly and gave me a $150 credit for a full interior detail. That definitely saved the day.
The whole process was simple, and the results were great. It was way better than sitting at a dealership listening to all the usual nonsense and hearing, “Let me check with my manager” over and over. We ordered online but could still talk to someone by phone whenever we had questions. The car arrived on time and looked exactly like the listing. They handled the vehicle, financing, delivery, and even followed up with us afterward. I’d definitely use them again.
The process was smooth and straightforward. No haggling, and the prices were pretty reasonable. Buying a car entirely online was new to me, but it definitely won’t be my last time. My only problem was that the previous owner had clearly been a smoker, and the smell was rough. I had to get the car fully detailed and the carpets shampooed before I felt comfortable driving it.
Auction Center is basically the Starbucks of car buying. The people are friendly, the vibe is great, and i love my new ride.
I waited three weeks for my vehicle and dealt with three separate delays. I like the car, but one of the fog lights was already out when it arrived. After waiting that long, I feel like something that obvious should’ve been fixed beforehand. Other than that, the experience was good.
The purchasing process itself was smooth and drama-free, but the prep work on my 2020 Toyota 4Runner was disappointing. It arrived with a flat tire and Colorado mud still caked underneath the vehicle. The car itself is good, but they really dropped the ball on getting it ready for delivery.
I’m sure the staff is nice, but my new car only came with half a tank of gas. The taxes also ended up being $150 higher than what was shown online. You definitely pay extra for the convenience of avoiding a salesperson, but honestly, I’m not sure that convenience is worth the added cost.
Everything was pretty easy and hassle-free. The delivery driver was great. It was pouring rain, but he never complained while unloading the car and handling the paperwork. He stayed professional the whole time.
